Copenhagen Trackers Account Settings
Your account settings are accessible in the app, which you can access from the home page by tapping the icon that looks like a person in the top left corner:
You will be greeted by the following window. At the top, you will find a link to purchase Premium or a confirmation of your Premium user status. For more information on Premium click here
Changing Your Email Address
You can change your email address unless it already exists in our database. It is a good idea to check for typos in the email and possibly take a screenshot, so you remember your email/username for future logins.
Changing your password
You can easily change your password by pressing the blue button. "Change password"
Personal Information
It is not necessary to enter your real name or phone number, but it can lead to a better experience if you contact our support team.
Language Settings
You can change the language in the app by clicking on the dropdown menu. Currently, our app is available in the following languages:
- Danish
- English
- German
- French
- Spanish
- Finnish
- Italian
- Dutch
- Norwegian
- Portuguese
- Swedish
The languages are listed in the same order in the app - in case you have changed the language to one you do not speak.
Map Settings
You can also change the visual appearance of the map here. Note that the satellite map may cause performance issues on weak network connections if your internet connection is slow.
Save Your Settings
Remember to save your settings before closing the account window.
Deleting Your Account
If you have created an account and no longer wish to use our app and trackers, you can delete your account. This will delete all information about you in our databases, including any trackers registered on your account. Trackers registered on your account will be put into sleep mode and can be registered and activated again, but the reactivation process can take up to 7 days.
