You can control your tracker remotely at any time from anywhere on any platform through our apps or by logging into app.cphtrackers.com. Here you can change tracking profiles, notification settings and more.

If you wish to remove a tracker from your account, please contact our support team.
If you wish to transfer a tracker to a new owner, please ask the new owner to create a user account in our app or at app.cphtrackers.com and then write to our support team from the email address the tracker is registered to and ask us to transfer your tracker to the new owners account/email address. if you cannot write to us from the email address the tracker is registered to, please send a picture of the label on the tracker instead.
You can register as many trackers as you like to your account, but a tracker can only be registered to one account. Managing multiple trackers is easy, unless you have more than 25+. Please contact us for information regarding our enterprise solution if you wish to securely manage a lot of trackers.
If you wish to share a tracker with someone you trust, you can share your username and password with them, but this is not generally recommended for security reasons. If you do so anyway, please do not share a password that you use elsewhere.
