How to Manage Your Trackers
With our app "CPH Trackers" or online at app.cphtrackers.com, you can easily manage your trackers anytime. Here, you can change tracking profiles, adjust notification settings, and more.

Removing a Tracker from Your Account
If you want to remove a tracker from your account, please contact our support team at support@cphtrackers.com.
Transferring a Tracker to a New Owner
- The new owner must create a user account in our app or at app.cphtrackers.com.
- The current owner should then email our support team from the email address associated with the tracker, requesting the transfer of the tracker to the new owner’s account/email address.
Managing Multiple Trackers
You can register as many trackers as you want on your account, but a tracker can only be registered on one account at a time. It's easy to manage multiple trackers unless you have more than 25. Sharing a Tracker
If you want to share a tracker with someone you trust, you can share your username and password with them. However, this is generally not recommended for security reasons. If you choose to do so, make sure not to share a password that you use elsewhere.
