Logging in for the first time
When you have created an account you will be automatically logged in, but you need to verify your account to be able to add trackers. Please go to your email inbox to find a mail from us where you click a link to verify your account.
Logging in after being logging out
Press "Skip" or "Next a few times and then "Go" to get to the login screen. Click "Login" if you already created an account.
Login issues
If you get an error message, either the entered username/email or password is wrong. For security reasons we do not inform users whether the password or the username was wrong, only that something was entered that does not match our database records.
Here are some of the typical issues related to logging in:
- Typo in the username
- Typo in the password
- Prefilled (wrong) password
- No internet
Solutions to try:
- Try logging in again with a different username or password
- Restart your phone
- Restart your router
- Try logging in at app.cphtrackers.com on a desktop PC or Mac
- Use the "Forgot password" feature to set a new password for your account
Please click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page if you repeatedly get error messages when trying to log in. If you do not receive any email, you probably used a different email address for your Copenhagen Trackers account. Or perhaps it did not arrive yet or ended up in the wrong folder.
Please note that it can take a few minutes before the email arrives. If you don't receive an email within a couple of minutes, please search for @cphtrackers.com in your email system and/or check your spam folder(s).
When you find the new password mail and press the link, you will be sent a link to a page where you can enter a new password. The new password must be chosen within 1 hour otherwise the link will expire and you will need to start over. The password must be at least 8 characters long but there are no other requirements.
Please mark the email as "Not Junk" or "Not Spam" so you can receive emails from us in the future.

Once you have whitelisted the domain, you need to ask our system to send you a new email to choose a new password.
